You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is - but this role is so much more than that. It's about connecting people with what matters most. You'll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer's home; the next, you're troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. You'll enjoy the freedom of working outside and get to experience real job progression. And the best part? You'll only be working 4 days out of 7 each week. No experience? No problem. We'll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You'll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
  • Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.
