Are you passionate about unlocking hidden potential and driving revenue growth? As a Value Creation Manager at Virgin Media O2, you'll be at the heart of optimizing revenue and conversion across our Retain Line of Business (LOB). You'll work closely with our Senior Performance Manager, providing guide insights that craft business decisions. Whether it's investigating operational metrics, spotting trends in customer behaviours, or collaborating with our Partner Team to streamline data transparency, your impact will be felt across the board! Your analytical skills will help translate sophisticated data into actionable strategies, ensuring we improve value at every turn. The must haves

  • Proven experience in crafting and maintaining high-quality reports from multiple data sources.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Solid experience in operations, ideally in a results-focused setting.
  • Proven understanding of Retentions and Movers critical metrics and their impact on business performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to partners.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Adaptable and proactive, growing in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Flexible on location, with the ability to travel occasionally for meetings (every few weeks).
