Be the Force Behind Regional Retail Success – Lead, Inspire, and Deliver.
As a dynamic and people-first leader, you’ll take full ownership of a geographical region – inspiring your Store Leaders, delivering exceptional commercial performance, and championing customer experience at every touchpoint. You’ll create the conditions for success by building a culture that’s agile, energised, and customer obsessed. Your leadership will drive your region’s performance – commercially and culturally – with full accountability for the P&L and end-to-end execution of the store strategy. You’ll work closely with a team of fellow Regional Leaders across the UK to share best practice, drive consistency, and build the future of retail at VMO2 – always putting customers at the heart of every decision.

The must haves
- A proven track record in multi-site retail leadership (typically 15–25 stores) or deep experience leading a flagship store with high commercial complexity and people leadership.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational perfection across your region, using insight, data, and local knowledge.
- Work cross-functionally with central support teams (HR, Operations, Marketing, Trading, etc.) to land key initiatives and develop future directions.
- Identify, cultivate, and retain talent – establishing robust leadership pipelines and succession strategies throughout your area.
- Lead through change with energy and optimism – always focused on what’s next, what’s better, and how we grow together.
