You’ll be out and about travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer’s home; the next, you’re troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. We’ll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You’ll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.
What You’ll Do:
- Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
- Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
- Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
- Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.
Virgin Media and O2 have come together to offer the best in connectivity, serving over 46 million customers across broadband, mobile, phone, and home services.
The must haves:
- A UK manual driving licence.
- Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- To live in one of the specified postcodes above.
The other stuff we are looking for:
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping customers.
- A methodical, organized approach to work.
- The ability to be composed and adapt to any situation.
What’s in it for you:
- A starting salary of £29,000 with the potential to earn up to £36,200 through on-target earnings (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).
- Private medical cover through BUPA (including upgrade options to cover loved ones), a healthcare plan, and critical illness insurance.
- Market-leading maternity, paternity, neonatal, and carers leave policies.
- 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell up to 5 extra days.
- A 4-day working week – After training, you’ll work 37.5 hours across just 4 days (Monday to Saturday), with shifts ranging between 7.5 and 10 hours.
- Up to 10% employer pension contributions and life insurance.
