We have an opening for a Head of Business Marketing to take ownership of the design and implementation of a marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth for our B2B solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, manage multi-million-pound budgets, and deliver results across digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), customer advocacy, and integrated campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Commercial, and external agencies to create marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The must haves:

  • Demonstrable long-term expertise leading marketing functions targeting Medium, Enterprise, and/or Public Sector customers in technology, telecoms, or SaaS.
  • Shown success leading, mentoring and growing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM strategies and experience running end-to-end ABM programs.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem including marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), paid digital media, SEO, and web experience optimisation.
  • Confirmed ability to design marketing strategies tightly aligned to commercial and sales outcomes.
  • Solid experience of working cross-functionally across sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Previous experience and ability to think big while rolling up your sleeves to implement when needed.
  • Strong analytical attitude with demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to guide decision-making.

  • Professional marketing accreditations (CIM, IDM, ABM certifications).
