We\’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fraud Agent to join our dynamic Fraud Team. In this critical role, you\’ll support the Fraud Operations, Brand & External Position Manager in delivering effective fraud prevention tools, systems, and processes that safeguard our customers and uphold our brand integrity. Your work will directly impact our ability to respond to and prevent fraudulent activity, ensuring we stay one step ahead in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
As a Fraud Agent, you’ll monitor and respond to alerts in fraud detection systems, investigate suspicious applications and transactions, and help align our controls with broader organisational policies. You’ll identify emerging fraud patterns, produce high-quality reports, and play a key role in supporting customers affected by fraud.
