The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a Finance Business partner role working in Consumer Finance, supporting the Head of Commercial Revenue FMC & the Head of Trading FMC.
The role has the following primary responsibilities:
- Offering timely and accurate insights to support understanding of ongoing performance and facilitate both short-term decision-making and long-term growth in FMC penetration aligned with targets
- Producing the consolidated monthly shadow FMC revenue P&L and monthly FMC performance deck for circulation across key partners including Commercial & Finance Directors
- Pulling together forecasts / budget with a clear understanding of drivers of volume trends and working with Revenue Growth & Trading team collaborators to understand and agree rate & churn trends and drivers
- Reviewing and challenging business-case models to support Investment Case approvals required for delivering product and proposition improvements to drive FMC growth
- Close partnership with business intelligence and planning teams, to enhance existing reporting/forecasting suite (e.g. Anaplan and Tableau)
- Working closely with Management Accounts to accurately report monthly actuals.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Finance qualification required (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Strong modelling skills supported by strong commercial analysis to pro-actively draw out business themes, challenge assumptions, understand core problems and bring transparency to complex issues
- Ability to engage and lead with senior professionals across Finance and Consumer to achieve efficient commercial outcomes quickly and effectively
- Strong data analysis skills
