This role is within the Commercial Change Management Team, which is responsible for driving the strategy behind the Customer Contact Partner model and financial governance.

By working with various stakeholders in Customer Contact, Finance, and Data support teams, this role will provide support to ensure Customer Contact spend is governed in a way so that revenue leakage is minimised and cost decisions will help to deliver against our strategy.

The must haves

  • High organisational skills to manage the various workloads, often working to tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail when building, reviewing and analysing differing data sets
  • Excellent communicator (written & verbal) to be able to clearly articulate to varying audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information across multiple platforms with accuracy, with strong knowledge of Excel

  • Good at relationship building, so is able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders within different functions
  • A good understanding of commercial and finance in contact centre operations or a similar environment.
