But this role is more than just sales â it's about creating genuine human connections and introducing people to services that could transform their day-to-day lives. As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Virgin Media O2 â introducing customers to gameâchanging broadband, mobile and TV products. Every conversation is a chance to make a difference and earn uncapped commission. Plus, you'll get your own electric company car to travel in style.
What youâll be doing:
- Youâll be out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch.
- Itâs about building rapport, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into commission.
- Youâll follow up leads, manage your own pipeline, and treat your area like your own business.
- Youâll start with two weeks of fullâtime training (MondayâFriday, 9:00amâ5:00pm), covering everything from product knowledge to sales systems.
- Youâll also learn on the job, with ongoing support from peers.
Working Hours
Fullâtime: 37.5 hours per week
Typical shifts: 12:00pmâ8:00pm
