You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is — but this role is also about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day, with the chance to make a real difference. No two days are the same, from installing broadband in a customer’s home to troubleshooting and helping them get back online. You’ll enjoy outdoor work and clear progression, and you’ll work 4 days out of 7 each week.

No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training and onboarding, with a dedicated mentor offering ongoing guidance.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied.
  • Work independently with a supportive team ready to help you deliver your best.

The must haves

  • A UK manual driving licence.
  • Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • To live in one of the specified postcodes above.
