This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work from the office at least two days per week. The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.**We are currently looking for a Technical Specialist to serve as the primary technical authority for one of our flagship SaaS products. In this role, you will act as the main technical liaison for external customers, particularly during the hyper care phase, ensuring swift issue resolution and exceptional support. You will develop and maintain deep expertise in the product—becoming the go-to resource within the organisation. Outside of customer interactions, you will work closely with our software development team, actively contributing to ongoing enhancements and innovation.
