Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction) with significant post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Strong background in finance, treasury and corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to high yield bonds and/or syndicated leveraged loans.
Experience advising on cross-border transactions within complex international group structures.
Proven track record of managing multiple matters simultaneously and delivering outcomes under pressure.
Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented advice.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and external parties.
Self-sufficient, proactive and confident operating both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Telecoms, technology, infrastructure or media sector experience advantageous but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
