What will you be doing?

Responsibilities may vary, based on the team you land in. Typically though, at Director level, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading: you will lead a high-performing team striving for excellence

  • Process improvement: you will actively lead and drive projects to automate central processes

  • Analysis: you will enable the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through robust business modelling. You will be a leader-doer who is hands-on

  • Storytelling: you will consolidate financials and present in an engaging way to Executive leadership

  • Stakeholder management: you will business partner technical and non-technical audiences, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation

We tend to look for people with:

  • A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries

  • Strong generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination

  • MBA, CFA or CPA preferred

  • Experience in an International or Pan-European environment

  • Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets

  • Able to work across numerous departments and subject areas to achieve a common goal

  • Able to manage the detail while retaining the bigger picture
