We’re looking for EPM Systems & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

This role is ideal for a technically curious professional with a strong capability in supporting and enhancing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, including OneStream and Oracle solutions such as HFM, FDMEE, and FCCS. The focus is on system administration and continuous improvement, data integrations, reporting solutions, and high-quality end‐user support.

Working closely with both Finance and IT stakeholders, you will play a key role in safeguarding the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes, ensuring systems continue to meet evolving business needs.

You will be part of a newly established pillar-based operating model, designed to provide clarity of responsibility, career progression, and deep technical expertise:

  • Advisory – Front‐end stakeholder engagement, shaping demand, translating business requirements into system strategy, and identifying opportunities across the wider portfolio.
  • Implementation – Delivery of major initiatives, full module builds, and enterprise‐scale transformations using modern platforms and best‐practice delivery approaches.
  • Managed Services – Ongoing support and optimisation across multiple ventures, balancing operational stability with continuous improvement within a federated environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver day‐to‐day support and administration of the OneStream EPM platform
  • Design, build, and maintain Cube Views, Quick Views, and dashboards
  • Run, monitor, and troubleshoot data loads, consolidations, and validation processes
  • Configure and maintain business rules with appropriate guidance
  • Support XF Load processes, including transformations and validation rules
  • Maintain workflow profiles, close statuses, and close calendars
  • Assist with intercompany configuration and elimination processes
  • Support and troubleshoot data integrations from source systems
  • Handle error resolution, logging, and reprocessing of failed data loads
  • Support application-based and Excel/SmartView reporting solutions
  • Continuously improve report performance and usability
  • Provide Tier 1–2 EPM support via the Zendesk ticketing system
  • Manage user access and support workflow-related queries

  • Essential
    • A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving capabilities
    • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas
    • Demonstrable experience supporting EPM platforms, financial systems, or reporting solutions
    • Hands-on experience with OneStream and/or Oracle EPM tools
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
    • Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and/or financial consolidation cycles
    • A track record of delivering system enhancements, testing activities, and clear documentation
  • Desirable
    • A genuine interest in EPM platforms, financial data architecture, and data integration
    • Exposure to automation, scripting, or tools used to optimise reporting and processes
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
    • Confidence in presenting to groups, with experience delivering training or knowledge‐sharing sessions
