Responsibilities
- Lead on corporate legal work including M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and group restructures.
- Support multiâjurisdictional corporate activity across a varied and global portfolio.
- Partner closely with teams across investments, tax, brand and loyalty to get the right structures in place.
- Manage legal aspects of transactions endâtoâend, including external counsel where needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing risk with commercial opportunity.
- Guide and support more junior members of the legal team.
- Get involved beyond "pure corporate" â from new ventures to wider business initiatives.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Strong grounding in corporate law, ideally trained in private practice with highâquality experience.
- Experience advising on corporate transactions like acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
- Exposure to international businesses and multiâjurisdictional structures.
