- Ability to edit on the go using tools like Canva and Edits or similar

- Confidence working with senior or high-profile stakeholders
- Create and edit social-first video content for Richard Branson, Holly Branson and Virgin channels
- Spot trends, react quickly and produce content in the moment that taps into culture
- Shoot and edit a range of content – from quick-turn social clips to more polished, high-production pieces
- Work across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, tailoring content to each audience
- Collaborate with teams across the Virgin Group, partners and agencies to bring ideas to life
- Confidently manage stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, with professionalism and ease

- Role type: Contract (6 months)
- Location: London hub (approx. 2-3 days per week) + home space
- Salary: £44,000 – £54,000 plus bonus
- Working hours: Full time – flexible hours to suit individual needs
