The Revenue Manager will report into the Head of Revenue and will be responsible for assisting in driving optimal financial performance for Virgin Limited Edition portfolio by developing and executing revenue management strategies that maximize room, suite, ancillary and total property revenue. This role provides centralized leadership, guidance, and analysis to ensure consistent, profit-driven decision-making aligned with the brand’s positioning and guest experience standards.

Qualifications And Skills- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or similar, or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Ideally four year or more experience in hotel revenue management, preferably multi property luxury or upper upscale.
- Hands on with RMS, PMS and channel management.
- Exposure to tools like IDeaS, Infor HMS, SynXis/iHotelier, STR, Demand360, and rate-shopping platforms such as Lighthouse is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and strong BI literacy and comfortable building clear executive ready insight.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A quick thinker, highly adaptable and ability to multitask.
- Develop and execute pricing, yield, and inventory strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share across all properties.
- Monitor demand, competitor activity, and market trends to adapt strategies and maintain rate integrity.
- Produce accurate reporting reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Manage distribution across brand.com, OTAs, GDS, and direct channels, optimizing channel mix and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and General Managers to align commercial decisions, evaluate group business, and shape promotions and campaigns.
- Provide data-driven insights, benchmarking, and market intelligence to identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas.
- Act as the central point of expertise for revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution platforms, ensuring optimal use and functionality.
- Deliver training and guidance to property teams, building awareness of revenue management principles across commercial and operational leaders.
- Ensure revenue strategies align with brand positioning and guest experience standards.
- Support leadership with clear, actionable recommendations to drive sustainable business performance.
