As our Floor Manager, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and running a smooth operation.. .

  • Lead by example: Support the floor team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • Support the team: Make sure your team is familiar with service procedures, updated employee manuals, and provide necessary training. Your effort will ensure the reception team can confidently deal with guest queries and daily duties.
  • Operational excellence & communication: maintain effective communication between the team and senior management so that everything is excellently executed..
  • Assist and support training and development of all employees..
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints..

**Required Qualifications & Experience**.

  • 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
