Role Responsibilities:
What exactly you will be doing...
- Deliver exceptional and knowledgeable wine service for every guest
- Recommend wines and assist with food & wine pairings
- Maintaining wine stock, ensuring correct storage, rotation, and handling procedures are followed
- Support the wider team with wine knowledge and training
- Help maintain the highest standards of service and presentation
Background must-have:
- Current right to work in the UK
- Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a Bartender in a full-service restaurant or lounge with cocktail knowledge
