The Nitty-Gritty: What exactly you will be doingβ¦
- Serving guests at a wide range of events from weddings to conferences, product launches, drinks receptions, and other special events
- Setting up and packing down event spaces
- Learning and retaining knowledge of Banquet Event Orders and event setup standards
- Learning and retaining food & beverage menu knowledge
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Using excellent communication skills with guests and staff, including verbal, written, and body language
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment including stocking supplies, polishing cutlery and glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc.
- Clearing tables and carrying plates to the dishwashing area
- Executing fabulous guest service as the M&E assistant
- Preparing basic beverages
- Enthusiastically describing details of food dishes and beverages at the time of delivery to guests

Background must-have:
- Legal right to work in the UK
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service hospitality setting.
