Your mission: We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team. The Details: What exactly you will be doing:
- Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional service every time
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Motivate and supervise front-of-house staff during service
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
- Drive team performance to meet sales and operational targets
- Build strong relationships with internal teams
