Your mission
The Kitchen Porter is our backbone of the whole operation. You are an all-around team player from cleaning to restocking dishes while giving a helping hand where is needed. You are backing up every venue and we truly couldn’t do it without you. This position is made for a hard worker that loves a clean and organized work area. Someone who is a team player and is willing to give a helping hand where is needed. Having a positive attitude day in, day out is a must.

The Details
What exactly you will be doing…

  • Clean and organized! You are making sure that we are following health codes and keeping everything clean and safe. We want to make it a clean safe work environment for you and the whole team.
  • Do you have the look! You must eat, sleep and live clean. The Kitchen Porter will be helping to keep the Kitchen clean and having a clean uniform and appearance is a must.
  • We have many outlets and need to get dishes from the venue location to the main dishwashing station. Meaning you are not just washing dishes you are moving them throughout the entire property safely.
  • Communication is key! You are the support team for the chefs. Helping restock kitchen equipment making sure everything is clean and safe. Having a solid communication bond with teammates sets us up for success. Being able to listen and adapt is very important. Having a team that can communicate with one another is the heart of any organization.
  • Teamwork! Yes, that right we are a working together. We rely on each other day in and day out. You treat everyone with respect both back and front of the house. If someone needs help, help them.

Background must-have
Preferred: 1-2 years’ experience in a full-service hospitality establishment
