Your mission: We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team. The Details: What exactly you will be doing:

  • Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional service every time
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Motivate and supervise front-of-house staff during service
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
  • Drive team performance to meet sales and operational targets
