The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Product Owner to lead the digital evolution of our Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity experience. In this role, you’ll own the customer journey from discovery to continuous improvement, ensuring every release creates meaningful value for our customers and the business.
You’ll be a strategic driver, overseeing complex initiatives with autonomy, and influencing cross-functional direction. As a senior voice within the Digital team, you’ll mentor fellow Product Owners and champion a culture of experimentation, agility, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Take full ownership of your product area from strategy to execution
•Prioritise the backlog to align with customer needs and business goals
•Evolve the product roadmap through continuous discovery and iteration
•Define clear success metrics and monitor product performance
•Leverage data, user feedback, and research to inform decisions
•Embed experimentation and rapid test-and-learn cycles
•Guide delivery squads and external partners to drive progress
•Translate complex challenges into actionable development plans
•Proactively identify risks and remove blockers
•Communicate progress and product insights to stakeholders
•Foster collaboration across teams to enable seamless delivery
•Set high standards for product and agile delivery practices
