Location: Maidstone, Kent

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours, 5 days per week)

Shift Times: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 21.00, Saturday 09.00 - 19.00, Sunday 10.00 - 16:00

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £26,374 plus commission and excellent benefits

Day to day

Working alongside our award-winning retail team who share your passion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale.
  • Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products.
  • Offer daily support to colleagues, Supervisors, and the Area Manager.

About you

We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter, who has passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We’re also looking for the following:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills with preferred experience of achieving personal targets in a sales environment.
  • Previous experience of working within the airline, travel or tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • Dedication to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Proven experience of overcoming challenges within a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in line with customer demand.
