Our training kicks off with our famous “First Dates” in our amazing head office building in Crawley. This is followed by a three-week training programme which is a combination of virtual and in-store training.

Day to day
Working alongside our award-winning retail team who share your passion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale, embodying our values of \'think red\', \'make friends\', and \'be amazing\'.
- Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products, driven by your passion and curiosity for leisure travel.
- Offer daily support to colleagues, supervisors, and the Area Manager, fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.
About you
We\'re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter who has passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We’re also looking for the following:
- Demonstrated customer service skills with preferred experience of achieving targets in a sales environment.
- Dedication to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Proven experience of overcoming challenges within a constantly evolving environment – no two days are ever the same.
- Strong passion and curiosity for leisure travel, with a drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with customer demand, including evenings and weekends.
