The predicted salary is between 21000 - 30000 £ per year.

Salary: £26,373 plus commission and excellent benefits
Hours: Part Time 30 hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm, Saturday 9am – 7pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm
Location: Merry Hill, Birmingham
Contract: 12 months Secondment / Fixed Term Contract

You\’ll inspire customers with your travel expertise, recommend and sell holidays, and work towards achieving sales targets. We\’re here to help you become a destination expert. With our training programme, you\’ll be able to confidently recommend and sell holidays, ensuring our customers have unforgettable experiences. Our training kicks off with our famous “First Dates” in our amazing head office building in Crawley. This is followed by a three-week training programme which is a combination of virtual and in-store training.

Working alongside our award-winning retail team who share your passion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, you will:
  • Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale, embodying our values of \’think red\’, \’make friends\’, and \’be amazing\’.
  • Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products, driven by your passion and curiosity for leisure travel.
  • Offer daily support to colleagues, supervisors, and the Area Manager, fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.
We\’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter who has passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We’re also looking for the following:
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with preferred experience of achieving targets in a sales environment.
  • Dedication to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Proven experience of overcoming challenges within a constantly evolving environment – no two days are ever the same.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for leisure travel, with a drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with customer demand, including evenings and weekends.
