Day to day
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post‑sale, embodying our values of ‘Think red’, ‘Make friends’ and ‘Be amazing’
- Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach to sales and marketing
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations and products, driven by your passion and curiosity for bespoke luxury travel
- Offer daily support to colleagues, Supervisors, and the Area Manager, creating a collaborative and friendly work environment
About you
We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter, who has passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We’re also looking out for the following:
- Demonstrated sales skills, with experience of achieving high sales targets in a face‑to‑face sales environment
- Previous experience of working within the airline, travel, or tourism industry is highly desirable
- A strong commitment to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and effective relationship management
- Proven ability to overcome challenges in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment at our busy retail store
- A strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel, with the drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and products
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts in line with customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
