Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid remote working, with 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley

As our Manager – Distribution Integrity & Support, you’ll be the guardian of Virgin Atlantic’s distribution policies and the go-to expert for sales teams on all things distribution. You’ll lead efforts to monitor and reduce abuse, manage support processes, and ensure our NDC portal and collateral are best-in-class.
This is a strategic and operational role where you’ll influence internal and external stakeholders, drive automation, and ensure our distribution ecosystem is robust, efficient, and aligned with commercial goals.
•Own our merchandising platforms and work with suppliers to ensure they’re supporting our business in the optimum way
•Maintain and update distribution policies and monitor for abuse, including ADM recovery.
•Create and manage support documentation, SLAs, and knowledge bases.
•Deliver training and collateral to upskill internal and external stakeholders.
•Manage the relationship with our NDC portal provider and oversee roadmap delivery.
•Act as a lead for operational and policy-related distribution matters.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support sales enablement
