Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid remote working, with 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative product owner to lead the evolution of our New Distribution Capability (NDC) programme. As part of our Distribution team, you’ll be responsible for translating strategy into delivery, and ensuring our NDC proposition is not only fit for purpose but also future-ready.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to prioritise roadmaps, optimise APIs, and deliver a seamless experience for our customers and trade partners. If you’re passionate about digital product development and want to help us lead the way in airline retailing, this could be your next move.
•Translate strategy into actionable backlog items and user stories for development teams.
•Own and evolve the NDC roadmap, aligning with internal strategy and industry trends.
•Monitor product performance using KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features and manage expectations.
•Drive adoption of NDC APIs and ensure continuous improvement of the proposition.
•Represent both business and customer needs in product development.
Are experienced in the travel industry, ideally within a distribution function? Do you have strong knowledge of NDC and the broader airline distribution landscape? Then this could be the role for you!

•Experience in Agile delivery and product ownership.
