Hours: Part Time (18.5 hours, 3 on 3 off shifts) Weekday and Weekend Shifts available

Shifts: Monday - Sunday, various shifts from 05:00 - 23:00 (including Bank Holidays)

We’re searching for warm, hands-on, and professional people for our award winning lounges at London Heathrow. As Clubhouse Crew, you’ll build a memorable and lasting experience by delivering outstanding customer service, whilst you serve delicious meals and signature drinks to our Upper Class and Frequent Flyer guests.

Day to day

  • Welcoming our guests with a warm, friendly smile and introducing them to our vibrant Clubhouse and Revivals lounges
  • Tantalise our customers' taste buds with our delicious, seasonal menu and signature cocktails and speciality teas and coffees
  • With each plate placed, and every glass poured, you’re not just delivering food and drink, you’re delivering an immersive culinary experience
  • To create a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation before each journey, by maintaining a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment for guests to relax and unwind in
  • Play a pivotal part of the team, to ensure our customers' needs are met at every opportunity from serving them their first drink to clearing in their plates, or simply offering them a glass of bubbly!

About you

Are you a customer service expert with experience in face-to-face interactions and delivering the most amazing service in a hospitality environment?

Our Clubhouses are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week from early morning to late at night. Thinking of applying? We’re looking for:

  • Minimum 12 month’s experience working in a food and beverage or hospitality environment is essential for the role
  • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer experience, where high attention to detail and a tailored service is desirable
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment, where you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time serving our Clubhouse guests
  • Have the ability to prioritise and multi task a series of food and drink requests from our customers and colleagues
  • Maintaining the highest uniform standards in our iconic Clubhouse crew uniform is expected of this role
  • Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays
  • Must live in the UK, and be located within a 90-minute commutable distance from London Heathrow, Hounslow, UK
  • Aged 18 years of age or over, and be able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits you to enter and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport is essential for this role

If you are successful through to the initial screening stage of your application, you’ll be invited to complete our online video assessment. The final stage of this process will be an invitation to attend our in-person assessment centre in central London, UK.
