Location: Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the VHQ, Crawley

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

In a nutshell, as Product Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of your regional product portfolio, from creation through to on‑sale performance. You’ll work closely with Destination Managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure our holidays are differentiated, commercially strong and operationally sound. This role plays a key part in translating customer insight and commercial strategy into product decisions that support growth, conversion and customer satisfaction.

Day to day, as a Product Manager, you will:

  • Own and manage the full product lifecycle for your destination portfolio
  • Work with Strategy and Destination teams to review performance, market trends and competitor activity
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities, ensuring the right product is on sale for the right customer
  • Lead product development initiatives aligned to brand, customer and commercial objectives
  • Support trading and revenue management through tactical promotions and performance reviews
  • Oversee campaign and channel activation, ensuring product is positioned effectively to drive conversion
  • Manage supplier relationships, monitoring quality, NPS and operational performance
  • Support sales teams through training, engagement and product storytelling

About you:

We’re looking for an experienced product professional with strong commercial judgement and a passion for building compelling customer propositions.

  • Proven experience in product management within tour operating or travel environments
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Confidence operating in a fast‑paced, changing environment
  • Experience working with Travelbox or similar systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners
