Virgin Atlantic is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support three senior leaders: the VP Communications, VP Brand & Marketing and VP Customer Experience. This fast-paced role sits at the heart of our Customer leadership team, coordinating priorities, meetings and travel while preparing briefing packs and materials.

You will expertly manage three diaries, organise UK and international travel, prepare presentations, and act as a trusted first point of contact for colleagues.
