You won’t just process payments, you’ll help improve how we do things. From analysing trends and resolving discrepancies to streamlining processes and enhancing systems, you’ll play an important part in driving continuous improvement and supporting better decision-making across the business.

Day to day:

  • Delivering accurate and timely Pilot and Cabin Crew payments, ensuring alignment with agreements, policies and monthly deadlines

  • Validating payment data and maintaining accurate cost tracking, supporting financial control and transparency

  • Working closely with Finance, Payroll, Crew Logistics and suppliers to improve processes, enhance systems and drive continuous improvement

About You:

You have strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working with payments, cost data or financial reconciliation.

You’re highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to validate, analyse and present data clearly.

You have excellent attention to detail and can work independently, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’re a clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including Pilots, Cabin Crew and senior teams.

You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes, systems and reporting.

Experience within airline operations, Crew Logistics or payroll processes is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to think critically, collaborate effectively and deliver with accuracy and care.
