Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid working with up to 3 days per week at our VHQ, Crawley, West Sussex

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: 2nd February

Perform detailed data analysis to support decision-making and resolve complex business questions.

Investigate data from multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies, trends, and drivers of performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to frame analytical problems, define assumptions, and agree appropriate approaches.

Develop and apply suitable statistical and analytical methodologies, using judgement to select the right techniques.

Translate analysis into clear, evidence-based recommendations tailored to the audience, deploying techniques such as data visualisation, storytelling, and presentations.

Monitor data quality, highlight limitations, and ensure analytical outputs are robust and well-understood.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, including interpreting complex datasets and handling ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, with the ability to explore, transform, and analyse data efficiently.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, including forming assumptions, validating hypotheses, and assessing materiality.
  • Ability to communicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
