We are looking for a Partner Support Executive to join our Partner Operations team at Virgin Experience Days. This team is the glue between our products and our site, connecting the two with incredible speed and attention to detail. We will provide on-the-job training, so previous experience within a similar role is not necessary but we are keen to speak to candidates with strong administrative skills, a proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn new skills. This role would perfectly suit someone who is used to working in a fast-paced role with flawless attention to detail.

About the role:

  • Support our Partnerships team (who are based in the US) with a variety of administrative tasks: setting up our products (the experiences), making price & product information amendments and resolving queries as well as being the key contact for our partners (the experience providers).
  • This is an administrative role, so we are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
  • You’ll also have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • This is a full time, Monday to Friday role, working closely with our US based team. We’re looking for some flexibility to align with US time zones, which may include availability up to 10pm on certain days.

What you’ll do:

  • Play a key role in the partner onboarding process, collating all product information once a contract is signed.
  • Facilitating the set-up of all experiences on relevant systems, taking full accountability for accuracy of information and SLAs.
  • Process product and pricing changes, product removals and reactivations.
  • Accurate mapping of API connections where applicable.
  • Key point of contact for our partners dealing with queries about products, availability pricing, content and booking related issues.
  • Support partners with the pricing/invoice and payment queries.
  • Ensure our systems remain accurate and up to date with latest product/booking information.
  • Suggest and collaborate on additions and changes to our current processes.
  • Liaise between CS/Partners/PMs to resolve product issues mainly due to bookings.

What you’ll need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast moving, customer service focused environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to deadline and without continual direct supervision.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to incoming urgent tasks.
  • An understanding of APIs is desirable, but not essential.

Perks to make work feel less ordinary:

  • Starting salary: £22,000–£25,000 per year, based on age and experience (in line with National Minimum/Living Wage regulations).
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 2 days each year.
  • 2 days in-office (Tuesdays a mandatory in-office day).
  • Access to an award-winning employee assistance programme; Health Plan cover (plus family add-ons) with cash back for a variety of health & wellbeing costs; Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle schemes (post probation).
  • Company pension (5% you, 3% us) after 3 months; Discretionary bonus and life assurance after probation.
  • 2 volunteer days each year; Free breakfast when in the office; Personal re-loadable multi-choice gift card (topped upon your birthday, lifetime milestones and internal celebrations); Yearly £150 experience voucher; Discounts on experiences and across the Virgin Group; Refer a Friend bonus and generous team celebrations throughout the year.
