Location: Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the VHQ, Crawley

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

In a nutshell, as Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of your regional product portfolio, from creation through to on-sale performance. You’ll work closely with Destination Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure our holidays are differentiated, commercially strong and operationally sound. This role plays a key part in translating customer insight and commercial strategy into product decisions that support growth, conversion and customer satisfaction.

Day to day, as a Product Manager, you will:

  • Own and manage the full product lifecycle for your destination portfolio
  • Work with Strategy and Destination teams to review performance, market trends and competitor activity
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities, ensuring the right product is on sale for the right customer
  • Lead product development initiatives aligned to brand, customer and commercial objectives
  • Support trading and revenue management through tactical promotions and performance reviews
  • Oversee campaign and channel activation, ensuring product is positioned effectively to drive conversion
  • Manage supplier relationships, monitoring quality, NPS and operational performance
  • Support sales teams through training, engagement and product storytelling

About you: We’re looking for an experienced product professional with strong commercial judgement and a passion for building compelling customer propositions.

  • Proven experience in product management within tour operating or travel environments
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Confidence operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience working with Travelbox or similar systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners
