Working closely with the Outsourced Maintenance Manager and OBM team, you’ll help ensure maintenance and repair projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.

- Produce reports relating to safety, Part M oversight and cost control.
- Maintain oversight of MRO KPI performance and ensure records remain up to date.
- Support training schedules, recruitment activity and day‑to‑day team administration where required.
About you:
We are looking for someone with strong project management capability, confidence working with data, and a solid understanding of engineering environments, ideally within aviation or a similarly regulated industry.
- Recognised Project Management qualification.
- Proven data management and analysis experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workloads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working cross‑functionally and with third‑party suppliers.
It would be great if you also have:
- An aviation background, ideally with an engineering degree or apprenticeship.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, propulsion and cabin.
- Experience working with MROs.
- Knowledge of CAA, EASA and other National Airworthiness Authority regulations.
- Experience using TRAX‑eMRO.
- Familiarity with MyBoeingFleet, Airbus World or AirN@v.
- Commercial awareness within an engineering or maintenance environment.
Working pattern and travel:
This is a UK‑based role, working Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. There is a limited element of travel, with occasional visits to MRO locations such as Malta and Bordeaux. Travel is not mandatory but offers valuable exposure for those who want it.
