Can you dazzle our guests with our signature Virgin Redhead cocktail - a tantalising blend of bubbly, berry liqueurs, Bombay Sapphire Gin and fresh raspberries?
As a Mixologist, you are the personality behind the pumps, the expert of the drink's menu. Injecting an energetic sense of fun into every moment as you mix and muddle premium drinks, providing an outstanding experience to all our guests.
Day to day
- Ensuring that all drinks are prepared and served according to the Clubhouse standards, timely and accurately
- Experimenting with flavours, ingredients, and presentations to create unique, memorable cocktails to innovate classic drinks or reinvent new ones based on seasonal ingredients or trends
- Mastering specific techniques such as shaking, stirring, muddling, garnishing, and serving to achieve the perfect balance of flavour and texture
- Being adept at personalising cocktails for guests, taking into account their preferences for sweetness, sourness, or strength
- Engaging with guests, explaining the drink-making process, the origin of ingredients, or the inspiration behind a new cocktail
- Always maintaining a spotlessly clean and fully stocked bar
About you
Are you passionate about bartending with outstanding customer service? We are looking for our successful Bar Mixologists to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience working in a cocktail-led bar operation is preferred, but full training will be provided onsite
- Have an in-depth knowledge of various spirits (e.g. whiskey, gin, rum), liqueurs, bitters, syrups, and fresh ingredients (like herbs, fruits, and spices)
- Understand how to combine key ingredients to create balanced and flavourful drinks
- Be confident in working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills to handle customer and colleague requests
- Maintaining the highest uniform standards in our iconic Clubhouse crew uniform is expected of this role
- Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays
- Must live in the UK, and located within a 90-minute commutable distance from London Heathrow, Hounslow, UK
- Aged 18 years of age or over, and be able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits you to enter and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport
