Working closely with the Customer leadership teams and the wider PA and EA community, you'll anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise and help keep multiple teams connected and organised.
From supporting leadership meetings and managing confidential information to processing expenses and coordinating onboarding, you'll play a key role in keeping our Customer directorate running smoothly.

- Acting as a professional first point of contact, managing emails, calls and requests.
- Supporting budget administration, purchase orders, invoices and expense processing.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for team members.
- Working collaboratively with the wider PA and EA community to provide seamless support across the business.
About you
You'll already have experience supporting senior leaders within a busy corporate environment and be confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Power Point, Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at every level.
- The ability to use initiative, anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
