In a nutshell

At Virgin Atlantic, we believe everyone can take on the world. Behind every great leader is someone who keeps everything running seamlessly—and that's where you come in. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support three senior leaders: the VP Communications, VP Brand & Marketing and VP Customer Experience. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll be at the heart of our Customer leadership team, managing priorities, coordinating key activities and ensuring our VPs can focus on delivering brilliant outcomes for our people and our customers. If you thrive on organisation, love building relationships and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

No two days are the same. You'll expertly manage three busy diaries, coordinate meetings and events, organise travel, prepare presentations and briefing packs, and act as a trusted first point of contact for colleagues and external partners. Working closely with the Customer leadership teams and the wider PA and EA community, you'll anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise and help keep multiple teams connected and organised. From supporting leadership meetings and managing confidential information to processing expenses and coordinating onboarding, you'll play a key role in keeping our Customer directorate running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the diaries and priorities of three Vice Presidents, ensuring their time is used effectively.
  • Coordinating meetings, events and leadership sessions from planning through to follow-up.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers and meeting materials to a high standard.
  • Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact, managing emails, calls and requests.
  • Supporting budget administration, purchase orders, invoices and expense processing.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for team members.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider PA and EA community to provide seamless support across the business.

About you

You'll already have experience supporting senior leaders within a busy corporate environment and be confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You'll also bring:

  • Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational and diary management skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at every level.
  • The ability to use initiative, anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across teams.
  • An interest in communications, brand, marketing or customer experience would be an advantage.
