The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that we attract and hire the very best candidates.
The Role- Managing our ATS, responsible for evaluating job adverts, offers and contracts.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute a successful positive candidate attraction strategy.
- Being the first point of contact for Hiring Managers, monitoring the inbox to answer queries when needed.
- Following Home Office and Virgin Active policies in regards to Right to Work.
- Providing the latest recruitment insights on the candidate market.
- Delivering Recruitment training across Virgin Active, providing an engaging manner.
- Finding an effective recruitment process with a focus on decreasing time to hire.
- Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.
- Experience in recruitment with large volumes.
- Knowledge of various ATSβ (eArcu would be desirable).
