We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Department .
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with stakeholders to attract and hire the best candidates.
The Role
- Manage our ATS, evaluate job adverts, offers, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective candidate attraction strategies.
- Serve as the first contact for Hiring Managers, monitor the inbox to respond to queries.
- Follow Home Office and Virgin Active policies regarding Right to Work.
- Provide recruitment insights on the candidate market.
- Deliver engaging recruitment training across Virgin Active.
- Establish efficient recruitment processes focused on reducing time to hire.
Experience
- Previous in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience in candidate attraction strategies.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms (experience with eArcu is desirable).
