Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists. Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food. A customer-oriented positive attitude, good customer service is essential. Work timeously in various positions. Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team. Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times. Practise "Clean as You Go" at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store. Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements. Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications. A friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively. Excellent attention to detail - nothing gets by without you noticing! Consistently acting in a safe manner, knowing the importance of completing safety checks and recording them accurately. Confident in your own ability to keep customer satisfaction at a high. Acting as a member of one team with one goal. Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
