Use data and CRM systems effectively to follow up, track progress, and sustain relationships. Commit to delivering on our sales structure, daily. Drive new member sales through innovative promotional activities both inside and outside the club, collaborating seamlessly with other departments. Experience Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or sales environments (desirable). Proven ability to meet targets while delivering a premium experience. A proactive, positive, and self-starting attitude. Understand the necessary activity levels to consistently surpass membership targets each month. Excellent administration, time management skills and strong organisational skills. You follow-through - you do what you say you’ll do. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and club events.
