We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our club teams, ensuring all facilities are available, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
The Role
- Ensure the team and colleagues adhere to the highest Health & Safety Standards, Brand Standards, and Cleanliness in line with company expectations.
- Collaborate with the H&S Advisor and General Manager to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proactively seek operational interventions to improve cleanliness, brand standards, and safety levels.
- Supervise and schedule team activities, controlling FTE and payroll costs within budget.
- Promote growth and development of yourself and your team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and addressing underperformance.
- Fulfill Duty Shifts when required, managing staffing and facility issues throughout the club.
Experience
- Experience in operations management or a related field.
