Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service.
  • Good ability to carry out instructions from management.
  • Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists.
  • Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food.
  • A customer-oriented positive attitude, good customer service is essential.
  • Work timeously in various positions.
  • Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team.
  • Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times.
  • Practise 'Clean as You Go' at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
  • Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements.
  • Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications.
  • A friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail - nothing gets by without you noticing!
  • Consistently acting in a safe manner, knowing the importance of completing safety checks and recording them accurately.
  • Confident in your own ability to keep customer satisfaction at a high.
  • Acting as a member of one team with one goal.
  • Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
