To do this, we recruit the very best Childcare Assistants who are passionate about creating engaging and nurturing family-focused experiences. Childcare Assistants are responsible for the day to day care of our youngest members. You will need to be a confident and enthusiastic influence, we are looking for role models to join us.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting children at all times.
- Ensuring the Club V environment is a safe, attractive and welcoming environment for all children.
- Having a friendly, calm and approachable nature, and the ability to act quickly and effectively.
- Adhering to all company and government policies & procedures.
- Working in a team, inspiring and motivating others.
- Having excellent communication skills, and always being willing to support both staff and members, and effectively building relationships with parents and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child related field.
- Previous experience working with children (Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification).
