Virgin Active seeks a Swim Co-ordinator to lead the in-club Swim programme, ensure safe operations, and develop innovative classes in line with ASA standards.

You will manage the Swim team, recruit and train staff, and drive department KPIs to deliver outstanding member experiences.

The role requires ASA Level 2/STA qualification, strong communication, and a proactive, commercial mindset.

A Lifeguard qualification or willingness to obtain it within the first month, plus Enhanced DBS clearance,
