To do this we hire highly qualified and experienced Childcare Supervisors to oversee our childcare facility within our clubs.
The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of childcare providers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care, and maintaining a positive and nurturing environment within all our clubs.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Managing a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling rotas.
- Monitoring and maintaining a clean and organized facility, including classroom materials and equipment.
- Ensuring that the childcare facility is in compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
You have excellent attention to detail - nothing gets by without you noticing! You are a great communicator, and always willing to support both staff and members, and can effectively build relationships with parents and caregivers. You have a minimum Level 3 qualification in a child-related field, alongside previous experience working with children (please note Health and Social Care does not cover the required qualification).
